"Great project but needs more skilled craft. Leadership has trouble keeping up morale."

"I think this is a great opportunity to show your worth."
"Great company to work for."
"Close-knit and good ole boy environment. If you aren't and "old Bechtel" employee with 10-15yrs with the company, you can forget advancement opportunities. The average industry pays, with excellent benefits. Get accustomed to the "that's now how Bechtel does it" when you present ideas. Bechtel treats Field Engineers like technical secretaries. I wouldn't advise any new graduates to work as an FE with this company because mostly you will be doing admin paperwork and will learn very little applicable industry experience. FEs with Bechtel is the lowest on the totem pole and are treated as such. Essentially a pot of responsibilities that no one wants to do. Most FEs never leave the office."
"I have with Bechtel for over 2 years. They are a hard nose company that won't leave much time for fun. If your all about business then you are good to go."
"Bechtel is a fantastic EPC company to work for."
"I’ve worked for Bechtel for the past 2 years in their Nuclear Division. Bechtel is the number 1 Engineering, Procurement and Construction company in the world. They have treated my family and I very well this past 2 years. I’ve been lucky enough to have excellent managers and supervisors."
"Bechtel has provided me with interesting and fascinating projects for 34 years all over the world."
"Excellent and great work environment,i recommend it for mid-career professional. Lots of roam of growth to fresh graduate."
"Thanks for throwing me into an unwanted review session."
"worked here for 3 years. It is a great company and they pay on the high end of the scale. Comraderie between colleagues is also easy to find and morale is typically high, even during high stress times of a project."
