They seem to actively work to keep people from improving things or moving up and reward people for causing problems that they will look good fixing. If desperate, its a job. But even if you land it, keep looking elsewhere!Pay (raises and bonuses in particular) are far below industry standards."

"Keep doing what you're doing. Try to keep the bulk of manufacturing in California."
