"To work at Best Buy (and really any retail) you need to be outgoing and be able to have a positive attitude no matter what is going on in your life."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"It's hard being a tech in a retail environment, you constantly have to be thinking about sales while you are trying to be a tech, it can become quite stressful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to do a better job of separating sales for technicians, let us do our jobs and fix things. Let the sales reps sell."
