"The workplace culture is fun and truly makes the job enjoyable. While you are a salesperson and mainly there to sell and make customers happy, it feels like the right place to do so. Management is flexible and looks out for employees, and good work does not go unseen."

"It's a cool place to have a job."

What do you like about working at Best Buy?

"I get a lot of exposure to technology, which is something I love. I also have a great group of people that I work with, and I wish I could take them with me wherever I go next."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be open and honest and make sure that you are yourself and not someone the company wants you to be. In the end, it is your personality that makes you so successful. If your personality is influenced with a positive attitude, then you will have no problems getting a job."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"Only thing I do not like is that management does not perform disciplinary tasks consistently throughout all of the managers. Each manager does things differently. Other than this I love working there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure that you do not talk to your employees in a condescending manner. We are people who have feelings and we appreciate it when you relate to us instead of making us feel like were just ants on the sidewalk. I would also have to say that you want to make sure that you have a healthy mix of fun and business. If you can run a business that has a mild bit of fun chaos, then you have a place that people will want to work for guaranteed."
