"Sales and marketing focus, and very fast-paced environment. Stated culture is very good, although it is under assault both internally and externally."

"Ask a lot of questions about the company's information systems, number and results of past change initiatives. Look for examples of inspirational leadership."

What don't you like about working at Cintas?

"Very slow to change. Information systems are antiquated. Top two leaders have zero inspirational leadership ability or inclination."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Long-term success will require a return to the company's original, stated culture. It can only be done when the top two existing leaders are replaced with upgraded talent."
