"I've worked at Everest Institute at two different campuses. The leadership of each campus varies GREATLY while overall corporate leadership leads much to be desired. Parent company is currently selling all school and possibly closing. Not a good work environment."

"For profit education is a treacherous environment. Anyone thinking about this career had better be prepared for backstabbing, micro-managing, and downright near-humiliation if you don't mean targeted numbers. At Everest, if you don't hit your goal, you get to have a call with everyone in the region and explain yourself to the VP.I noticed that the possibility of someone losing their job, rather than a commission, will make them do whatever it takes to keep it, even if that means cheat and lie."

"My co-workers, their tuition reimbursement policy, very nice break room."

"Well, I believe they are in the process of filing for bankruptcy, so I would not recommend that at this time."

What don't you like about working at Everest College?

"The vision of the company, lack of academic integrity, hard to have voice heard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None for the management, but I feel the administration has a lot of work to do to improve the integrity of the institution."

"Don't work for this company that gouges students and provides extremely poor education. This for-profit college is only considered with receiving Title IV money for its students."

"I love that I use my interpersonal skills on a daily basis along with proactive problem solving skills as well."

"There could be smoother transitions between departments as we all fundamentally work as one unit."
