"No commission on the sales that I did, and advancement opportunities are no longer offered in my field."

"My management team has been great, however it would be nice to have them work next to me more often and get involved with helping customers alongside me instead of watching me."

"The lack of education of local management. Employees are treated (and disposed) as resources and not as persons."
