"Define procedures for connecting new employees to management processes. Provide knowledge management framework for the company and all of its employees."

"Get everything in writing, they had a way of weaseling out of pay raises without any need to justify. My manager re-wrote all of my reviews to match his required budgeting needs, instead of actual performance."

What don't you like about working at G&B Solutions?

"My manager did not know who I was for 5 years and never knew what I did as part of my job."

"Be able to have more interaction with government badged people."
