"I worked for Goodyear for almost 10 years. The pay is great. The biggest problem is honestly in management when comes to training. Time and time again people are released to jobs before training is complete. These same unqualified people are being held accountable to goals that have yet to reach and if not, the supervisor held accountable to their poor performance.
