"It's alright, the work is good and software engineering there is fun, although it gets repetitive after a while, since all slot games are the same."

"There is very little forward momentum in the company, which is silly."

"We hire new VP's at a faster rate than we give out promotions... I think you see where I'm going with this."

"I know it is a job but it looks rosey from the outside. Talk to many employees privately before making the step. A constant revolving door in most areas but Casino Services."

"Micromanagement from the top down! Nobody is empowered to make a decision! No room for movement, especially advancement."

"See above and hopefully management will take notice and practice what they lend the illusion of committing to the employees!"
