What do you like about working at Williams-Sonoma?

"I love meeting new clients on a daily basis and helping them out with their design projects. Some are quick sales and others are small design consultation jobs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To respect the employees who have seniority and give them the hours they deserve. Currently, we are flooded with part time employers so our hours can range from 20 hours a week to 30 as they are abiding by California part time hour laws. It is creating much strain on a number of us for obvious reasons. Other than that, our store is widely liked by many customers so it makes it a wonderful environment to work in.."

"A SMALL OFFICE. ALL MY CO-WORKERS WORDED TOGETHER IN ORDER TO MAKE THE OFICE FUNCTION. WE WERE MORE LIKE A BIG FAMILY. I FELT THAT MY SUPERVSIOR CARED ABOUT MY WELL BEING"

"I wasn't challenged. I found myself completing my work and having nothing to do. The company didn't have enough work to keep me busy."
