"I am very well compensated for my role. Being part of a Discovery Team means that I have to go above the normal aspect of customer support and try to find ways to make things better, on a daily basis. I was actually quite shocked when I heard the hourly amount that I was going to get. I actually made the recruiter repeat it to make sure!"

"Overpaid ONLY due to title. I was paid almost $10k more because I consistently performed and was working simultaneously on several projects. I was a part of their councils, and was one of the main contributors. They did not want to change my core responsibilities and kept me under a glass ceiling when it was apparent that I was helping everyone around me and doing so much more to the point I wore myself out. In the end, I was overpaid because I didn't just answer phone calls. But I deserved it."

"Overall, I believe Intuit pays above average compared to a lot of other companies. My current base is 125k, with 90k in outstanding stocks, and 19k bonus a year. The company has been growing and doing well publicly also, leading to a generous ESPP payout."
