"Great company to work! Great benefits and a great place to be able to sustain the family. Great place to reach your goals."
"Great Company, providers career pathway and opportunity to advance"
"Great benefits, stable company, long term growth opportunities."
"Kaiser Permanente gives you a great experience for working in a complex environment. Career growth is variable depending on which team you are on. It provides great pay, great work-life balance, and stability, but because of the slower and very hierarchical culture, projects take a very long time to implement, and younger employees have a tough time getting their voices heard."
"I have worked at KP for a little over 2 years. KP has great benefits but many processes are broken and it is hard to convince senior leadership to make changes that would really bring KP into the 21 century."
"I worked at Kaiser for a short period of time (as a Contractor) and I liked their Corporate culture"
"I have worked at Kaiser Permanente Northern California's Institutional Review Board (IRB) since August 2016. I have found it to be an excellent company with strong ethical values and an emphasis on putting the patients, and its clients first. Our IRB team was originally part of Kaiser Foundation Research Institute, but in 2016 we became our own department. The Kaiser Northern California IRB is the largest Kaiser regional IRB in the United States."
"Kaiser Permanente is a leader in the field and when you work for them you are supporting their mission to improve the lives of members. The only frustration I have with KP is the move to replace full time employees with contractors."
"Union shop for the employees but not management."
"Excellent company to work for with competitive benefits."
"Good and motivated environment to learn new technologies."
"Kaiser Permanente is a good company to work for, they have opportunities to move around within the company."
"Great environment. Come to work and feel accomplished."
"I worked for Kaiser Permanente for a year and a half. Job expectations were clear and relationships with managers were congenial. Pay was above average for the work I was doing. Unfortunately due to the nature of the job it felt a lot like being in a factory. Too little time to do the work that was expected and always an emphasis on doing more."
"Overall a decent experience"
