The company has split and is hell-bent on becoming lean for the share holder and therefore all perks like training or company parties have been cut. You'll be lucky to get a 2% annual raise barely keeping up with published inflation."

The corporate culture is undergoing growing pains as a result of the transition, but there are some really good people employed there."
