"Be prepared for a lot of unscheduled overtime. 60 hour weeks was not uncommon."

What don't you like about working at MCI?

"Leadership did not lead, instead provided comments like do more with less and no recommendation on how this could be accomplished. After I left the building engineers did finally get a dedicated manager that learnt and developed team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think before you make irrational changes. Although technicians can complete a given task, challenges arise when they are placed on top of a list of other tasked and legal requirements."
