"The company will expect you to provide your own leads via friends and family, which felt too much like an Amway Ambush. They tell you they will provide leads but they don't tell you they charge $200/lead that becomes a successful application."

"The company is too focused on sales and not the client or his needs. Also, the Compliance Department is known as Business Prevention Unit."

"Complete overhaul of business operating model. What worked in 1950 - 1970 is no longer valid."

"No training, no support, no help. Management doesn't take responsibility for their own actions, but shoves the blame and consequences down the line as far as they can."

"Take responsibilities for what you do. Not everything bad that happens on the team is our fault. Please see and treat your group as an investment, and respect who we are, and what we do."
