"This place is a disaster. Disorganized, chaotic, bureaucratic and arbitrary. Staff are treated like children by management. Cronyism is rampant. Psychotic behavior abounds. Some nice co-workers, but management is CRAZY. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!"
"Working here is insult after insult. Salaries are low but demands are high. Management lies to your face and then asks why you don't trust them. There is no advancement unless you happen to be the golden child of the secretive, controlling management. Find a better job."
"I've been working with OACCAC for a long time. This is a place where people working on contract positions can really thrive and are used a lot to deliver quality code and develop modern web based systems. Unfortunately the constraints of full-time positions are not attracting a lot of high-quality developers and managers."
