"I have worked at Prudential since March 2014. In that time, I've seen them deliver speakers and messages about my personal happiness, send me home when they were worried for employees' safety, provide new chairs for all our desks, upgrade our cafeteria, and give us a market adjustment on our salaries to keep in line with the industry--not based on anything but staying competitive. They are concerned about their employees, they believe their people are their biggest asset--and they prove it time and time again."

"Even though I love sales and the products that are offered, I have not had the best experience. The staff have not been super helpful and the environment has not been very team orientated. And the promises that were made when hired have not been met and/or have been the opposite of the truth."

"A good company to work with. Has work from home option. Co-workers work well in a team effort and are pleasant to work with. Opportunity to learn if you have the right boss. Some high level execs are micro-managers which makes it hard to work with but overall a great company."

"Prudential is a great company to work for, especially for parents. They have a wonderful work/life balance. I enjoyed many years with Prudential, unfortunately they sold my department and I was laid off along with 100+ employees. Prudential was more than just my employer, they were my family!"

"I've worked for Prudential for slightly over 1 year and while I admire my supervisor and team, the overall management of the larger unit is poor at best."

"In my time at Prudential I found the company to be very limited in growth opportunities. There was no clear direction or expectations outlined, which made it difficult to perform at an acceptable level. I don't feel these issues were necessarily systemic so much as a managerial problem."
