"They were a great company but Target made a better offer to me that I couldn't pass up. I had never done big box retail besides May Company. They were hiring me as Assistant Manager for the store. An opportunity I couldn't pass up. I was recruited and I accepted. I stayed with Target 15 years."
What don't you like about working at Ross Stores?
"Limited manpower hours but than was expected in retail. But equipment was very limited in those buildings when doing price changes, etc."

"Expect to work your tail off for little or no recognition or pay. Expect a lot of programs to stay on top of and they just keep adding them! My advice: Keep looking! You'll find a better job somewhere else."
