"Be willing to work hard, and long hours. Be willing to work every holiday and every weekend."

"I do not enjoy the pay scale, and I do not really like the fact that they are open 12 hours a day 7 days a week, no holidays. No family time."

"Pay your good people much better and give them better hours if you want them to stay around."
