The company is very large and the community is strong with most everyone I worked with being happy they were employed at 3M. The lab I work in isn't very aesthetically appealing but the equipment we can get is very good. The pay is not very competitive for the position I am in, but the hours are extremely flexible, and they can work around nearly any schedule. A fantastic job to have while in school."
