"They call you only if they can't get anyone to fill the position. If someone else comes in, they drop you and that promised interview like a hot potato."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DON'T USE THIS COMPANY."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"It depends on the recruiter. Most of them lie about assignments. They need you and don't need you to work. I have been in the office and have heard them ask someone whom they had placed on a new assignment if their sister or friends are downstairs; we also have something for them, meaning work assignments, but by the way, I've been waiting for a recruiter for over 40 minutes, and only left the office with a fake promise assignment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest getting a new staff, or better training for the old staff. Don't use people. Stop only calling who you can get at the moment, and when someone else calls back, or someone else walks through that door, stop dropping your only possible candidate. For if the shoe was on the other foot you would not like it. There once may have been a time when you where unemployed. Try to remember that if you can."
