"I have worked for ALU for 33 years. The company has struggled at best since 1999. Leadership has been poor through every transition the company has made. The company is still hemorrhaging red ink even after 14 years. They are managing through staff reduction and not through gaining market share. My hope is that they will turn it around but history is not in their favor."
