"The Financial Shared Services building is a great place to be! Jobs are opening up and they encourage hiring from within. The leaders really know how to choose the right people because the atmosphere is one of bliss. I enjoy the people. There are a variety of work to do, from tedious to complex so there is a lot to choose from. Lastly, I've had several managers and supervisors and I have not one complaint against them. They have all been open about developing me as a leader and encourage casual conversations in order to build multi-dimensional relationship."

What do you like about working at ARAMARK?

"The growth potential is tremendous! Product quality is outstanding. They really care about total service."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and truthful, not only to the person conducting the interview but to yourself. It is okay to have goals. Set them and keep them."

What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?

"The long commute from Atlanta to Macon daily. It was really a hassle."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Set clearly defined roles between morning and night supervisors. This would make changeover in the afternoons much more simple."

"It was the daily commute for Atlanta to Macon which as 1.5 hours."

"Get a manager through as much of the preliminary trainings as possible as to avoid a manager that has been a manager for a year going to an introduction to the company's philosophy training."
