"Great company with global opportunities across many lines of business. They offer opportunities and experiences that enrich and nourish peoples lives through innovative services in food, facilities management, and uniforms."
"Great company for growth opportunities."
"I've worked with Aramark for over 7 years. I believe they have the ability to be great, but can reactionary versus proactive in situations."
"Great company to begin a career, Worst company for accomplished, educated individuals."
"I have worked at ARAMARK for more approximately 2 years. The people great and the projects are interesting. There is a lack of vision and direction in terms of the Enterprise per se. The leadership is too ingrained in the culture to make significant in-roads toward standardization and best practices."
"Worked summer at Fenway Park 2010-2013."
"I work in the higher ed line of business. At the account, we all basically work on top of one another. A few managers with admin assistants, except for the select few that have their own nice quiet office. GM provides no support to managers and will throw them under the bus or fire them without so much as giving it much thought. Their main focus is profit."
"I was fortunate to be placed in a regular stand with a tough but FAIR lead who trained our team extremely well. Work included food prep, register sales, and cleanup. For food service the pay was great but the work was intense with no breaks till stands closed down."
"I worked for Aramark during the summer as in intern. It is a really good company to work for because they invest in their employees. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help."
"I worked for Aramark from November 2012 through February 2013. This is an excellent company with strong ethics and friendly atmosphere. I was helping Aramark in outsourcing their help desk to CompuCom in Mexico City. I participated in training our Mexican counterparts. Contract ended with full transition of Help desk to CompuCom."
"Yes, the company treats me with respect, and I feel that I am a valued member of the team."
"A good company that does not take enough of a hands on role to ensure things are being done properly.Hard to pin the problems on any one group as they run sports arenas and stadiums, etc. Each group has it's own management. The management seemed almost as beaten down as the lower employees."
"You have the tools on place to make Aramark an amazing place to work, use them."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"The exact location that I worked at is a cafeteria for college students. Up front, the environment is calm and relaxed. Most of the kids who come in usually aren't in a rush. However, behind the scenes lies a very high stress environment in which even the shift management seems flurried. What needs to be understood is that the college cafeteria isn't considered 5 star dining, nor will it ever be."
