"I’ve worked for AT&T for six and a half years, in which I have experienced success in several channels of the company. AT&T is an innovative company that is constantly seeking to connect customers wherever they work and live, therefore, the company assures that their employees are thoroughly trained year round on all of these innovative changes."
"I worked at AT&T from 1991 to 2013. The company has excellent employee benefits. I was provided with the opportunity to improve and cultivate my skills through both internal and external learning opportunities."
"The direct supervisors, it's a hit or miss with them. Additionally, they are a classic example of it's not always what you know, but rather who you know. Middle managers are pretty much a joke at the location. A few are very good and caring people. The director of the location for ASAP is a good fellow."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"We are undergoing a new transition in which they are not hiring at this time. We all are becoming employees of a new company that is contracted specifically for AT&T. If you have the opportunity, though, then always have an open mind. AT&T can be a fun place to work at and a really enjoyable experience. Unlike other call centers, the services we provide are not here in Arizona. You must be willing to learn from the technicians or customers at times. Team work is important, as well as patience. Pay attention to detail. AT&T can be the right stepping stone for the right person."
