"I would look elsewhere if you have the chance. If you are set on Bristol then you ought to be able to impress them by talking vaguely about core values such as leadership and communicating directly. Talking about such values might get you a position, but don't expect management to uphold these standards if you do get a position."
What don't you like about working at Bristol-Myers Squibb?
"Very upward mobility. Constantly restructuring. Didn't treat employees that well. Human resources was not helpful resource for employees. Management didn't seem to know what was going on there departments. Management didn't seem to care about their workers. Management would say one thing and do another. Very poor employee review program. Very poor layoff policy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to learn how to manage effectively, comunicate directly, and say what the really mean instead of what they think the employee would like to hear."
