"I have worked for Charter since July 2020 and it is a decent enough company. I like the team that I am on. They are all professionals and great people to work with. I am only looking to move on due to getting more experience and improving my financial situation. Ideally, I'd like to work with a company that has a greater mission and uses cool technology."

"I regret starting this job, I had to spend money to get the tools required to start the job if that makes any sense, and they also take money out of my check for other tools I bought from them. So they bend you over backwards with no set wage. Each job requires being brought back to spec but we only have a small time frame and fixing some jobs is like working for 4 dollars an hour. It is a slave job, do not work for this company."

What don't you like about working at Charter Communications?
"Mandatory OT. Impossible deadline expectations. Be prepared to work every weekend for two months straight. Don't get comfortable as a contractor, expect to be let go at any time. No chance of ever becoming a full time employee as a contractor. Even if you work off the clock. It will not happen. Expect to come in at dawn on Saturday or Sunday to any empty building and have no support from Admins who have the weekend off like normal people. You are just a number to them. Charter is a sweatshop. Stay away if you have a family life or want to ever advance."
