However, they are an old financial company that is stuck in their ways in many circumstances. There is no flex time, no work from home, and it is business casual dress. If you are looking for a stable career, this would be a great place to work. However, if you are looking for something a bit more exciting and fast pace, I would not recommend it."

"Promotions appear to be based solely on time in than on ability even for some at the bottom of the pile. Management is afraid to award overachievers with more responsibility/opportunities for fear of offending those who have worked their longer but don't work as hard or merely coast. This approach discourages hard work."

"There needs to be much less micro-management for run of the mill work."

"I wish I could have taken the branch office in FL in 2003, but I was unable to do that."
