Working at C&W Services in Salt Lake City, UT: 2 Employee Reviews

C&W Services Employee

"I have been with C&W services for over 2 years. The experience I had with the Salt Lake City location was not bad but also not good. The job itself was not hard and paid descent which is the only thing that kept me here. Good training, tools, and cooperation with management are non-existent. Getting a promotion or good shift is impossible unless you are favored by management. Great job temporarily while you find a better one."

Robotics Technician

"I have been working for C&W Services, the main maintenance contractor company of Amazon, since June/2018. I got hired as a Robotics Technician level 1. I got my second promotion around 3 months ago, becoming the Lead Technician of FHDs team. I achieved all goals I wanted in this company, and I feel I need a new path for my career. I have learned a lot working here. I have gained troubleshooting, leadership, and customer-service skills. However, I feel like the RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) team could be a little better organized. Also, it would be very helpful if we could have an easier access to HR (Human Resources)."
