"The Dex One Santa Monica office was an amazing place to work. Our office housed the technical, engineering, and SEM employees so the environment was more attune to that of a start-up. Unfortunately, due to the merger with Super Media, the office is no longer a desirable place to work and will most likely be closed soon."

"The people used to be the best part of working at Dex but with over 150 departures & constant turnovers, that changed quickly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are looking for a laid back environment with flex hours, this is the place for you but the cost is high! You are probably not going to add a whole lot to your resume by working here since the constant change in management & strategy leaves most projects in constant limbo and you will be bored out of your mind most of the time waiting for direction that never seems to come!"

What don't you like about working at Dex One?

"Lack of effective leadership, lack of direction, and constant cuts in benefits, bonuses, and bare minimum annual salary increase!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop treating your tech sector employees the way you treat your print yellow pages employees! This is a competitive space and as you see, you are unable to retain top talent."
