"Working at a theme park (unless in really high management positions) is not about the money. Even folks who have worked there their entire lives reach a particular cap within their salary. I think the real draw to working at Disney World is being a part of the theme park experience. Working there was rarely hard and honestly most days were a lot of fun. There is a line of folks waiting to work at this place, and when that exists you do not have to pay that well."
