"The career path was wide open for me. All of my colleagues and senior management were total team players and offered me higher advancement if I choose that direction. I opted not to travel in that direction, as I wanted to return to San Francisco."

"They promoted back to my hometown of Rochester, New York to teach marketing and sales techniques that contributed to my success. I loved the teaching part; however, it was the weather I couldn't get used to. I missed Northern California."

"If a sales professional is happy and successful building the business in their current territory, and really doesn't want to move, leave he or she alone so they can continue to do what they love doing... sell."
