"The customers and the community. Living in the mountains was wonderful and the people were fantastic. I did so many loans for businesses and people that I have a lot of friendships when I return to visit."

"Don't do it. They will sound wonderful when you join, and then things turn upside down. You will find your family life begins to turn sour, no matter how hard you try, it is never enough for this CEO and Management team. You will be unappreciated."
What don't you like about working at First National Bank?
"Management was awful, non-supportive, ignorant to the proper way to change. There was no communication, only dictatorship, and little opportunity to grow. Very much a male dominated organization, however, they stick a few females in the mix to keep government off their back. Many former employees would admit that there was a huge open door to harrassment lawsuits here."

"This is a great family-owned Bank. A great place to work, as well. The career path is not what I was looking for, so after 9 years, I moved to another organization to expand my career. However, if you are looking for a solid company, great place to work and a dependable job, even in this economy, then this is the place for you."
