"The account managers at FiServ are technically inept to carry out their tasks with their client base. FiServ needs to turn their account managers upside down and start over from scratch. Clients are fully frustrated with the lack of knowledge and stupid email banter back and forth. Clients do not have time to deal with account managers who are too afraid to take accountability and make things happen. I would not recommend FiServ as a partner for your financial institution."

"I often wonder why I am still here... seems like management is fighting a losing battle in trying to better employees' lives. Morale has been low for not only months but I am talking YEARS now. God help this work place if more employees decide to leave... doesn't Fiserv want its employees to successfully profit from its own success The idea is to reward hard work so that its employees want to stay and help drive the company forward. If you have a burning desire to work, this place will kill it."
