"I studied hard to receive a masters to work in a job where an engineering degree is not necessary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Supervisors must remain professional and never shows signs of anger/frustration or disrespect. Supervisors should be equally educated or more than their subordinates, then they would not have trouble reviewing work, or figuring out more efficient ways to perform a project."

"Like in every circumstances in any other job there are small issues that fortunately have been properly handled and resolved. Nothing major."
