"Establish your desired wage and benefits going in the door. Keep in mind that bonuses are given out here, it's not just blowing smoke at the interview."

"When I was there the management structure was still being organized. This led to some abiguity as to who, in essence, was directing the projects. They were on top of this and probably have settled on a structure by now."
