"I stay w/ the job because of the tough economic times and it's a great place to work technology wise, but if you want good compensation you might want to look elsewhere... What don't you like about working at GE Healthcare?
"some people decide things that are not in their area of expertise, though this is slowly changing. if you're hired from outside of the country they will offer you a really low compensation but not if you're hired from within the US, even though you're a real expert at what you do"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"let the experts stay in their area of expertise, they need to identify which decisions are important to be made by those who really know, not those who are in power and have opinion about it. especially things that must be based on study.... some of the management are great though some are not competent, that's why I give them only 3 stars. but overall it's a great place to work"
