"they concentrate entirely on education and not skill. They have people in supervisor position with years of education and not a clue on how to manage people at all and it is very evident."

"there is not team spirit at all. There is no function done for team building within the sections"

"step out of your box and talk to your employees find out what is going on in their lives even if you don't care"

"You have to love learning for learning's sake, and be willing to work very hard for very little compensation. Intrinsic motivation is key."

"There is a decided lack of application in everything I do. This makes it really hard for me to care or be fulfilled. Furthermore, the compensation is not enough to make me suck it up and deal."
