"not to expect to much from the company, because just like the rest of the companies in america, they aren't hiring actual employees, they seem to only be hiring contractors"

"I didn't like that there was no chance of getting a permanent job there"

"for them To hire more people, not just contract workers"

"don't, I would recommend stay away, existing employees bad attitudes ( from fear of losing job,refused to properly train new employees."

"management was lost, a new owner was taking over from a failing business and came in with pushy rude attitude towards employees and customers alike."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get someone who knows how to run a business, pushing people around and making treats don't make a business. also its great to hire buddies but a dealership is not a motorcycle club."

"Very high energy, high-impact work in which I was responsible for continuous improvement of HR and development of high performance, self-directed teams."

"There was room for improvement in setting and obtaining quality goals."

"Increase quality, control finished product inventory better and decrease the MSRP."

"The people I worked with. Most were good up standing people trying to earn their pay and keep their jobs under constant barrage of needless and defeating BS"

"Dont go there. I heard the line about joining the family. But it was all lies. Don't take the job!!!"

"Managrnent style of whippings and beatings will continue until moral improves."
