"for them To hire more people, not just contract workers"

"don't, I would recommend stay away, existing employees bad attitudes ( from fear of losing job,refused to properly train new employees."

"management was lost, a new owner was taking over from a failing business and came in with pushy rude attitude towards employees and customers alike."

"get someone who knows how to run a business, pushing people around and making treats don't make a business. also its great to hire buddies but a dealership is not a motorcycle club."

"Very high energy, high-impact work in which I was responsible for continuous improvement of HR and development of high performance, self-directed teams."

"Increase quality, control finished product inventory better and decrease the MSRP."
