"I disliked the lack of leadership ability and the unfair treatment of some staff including working women with children. (Doctor excuses are NOT honored) A lot of management so called management was really aggressive incompetence. There was at least one person FIRED or escorted from the building EVERYDAY.octor excuses Lots of what is considered management is really aggressive incompetence."

"There is more than enough management, not enough leadership. We need more people in leadership positions who actually care. This would help the high turn over rates. Cutomer Service starts at home, with your employees."
