"I am currently employed at the Double Tree by Hilton in Fairfield NJ . I enjoy working at this property. The general manager is a class act and the staff is amazing."
"i have worked for Hilton's corporate guest relation team for 18 years."
"I worked for HGV for 4 years and found it to be very rewarding both educationally and financially."
"It is a great hotel to work at!"
"Great company to work for. A lot of focus on culture. They really go above and beyond to support their team members. Will definitely recommend to a friend or a relative. A lot of opportunities to grow and learn new things in the company. Very supportive culture."
"It's a great company to work for, but it's really the people that bring you into work everyday. I love how transparent the company is, and employees are rarely left in the dark--which can be difficult at large corporations. Their tech stack is modern, but tech leadership is definitely taking a more antiquated approach. It's getting better, but there needs to be rapid improvement to the innovation framework if the company wants to grab market share and be competitive."
"I worked for Hilton for 6 years. It is a fantastic company that truly cares for its employees."
"Overall, a very good place to work."
"A wonderful company that provided great benefits and an amazing work culture. The company itself is an offshoot of its parent company Hilton Hotels which is a huge company. Many of the perks are tied into Hilton Hotels and as such are passed onto the employees. Room for growth is something that is quite lacking however."
"I've been working in hilton since 3 years. It is a good place to work. It has received award as one of best places to work."
"There is a reason Hilton has won the best place to work two years running."
"Hilton Grand Vacations is a fantastic product for those who love to travel in 5-star luxury and style for the price of coach. HGV owners rely on a points-based reservation system to book condominiums and hotel rooms anywhere in the world where HIlton and its affiliate resorts maintain properties. In essence, you are preparing your future vacations, much like a 1040 vacation plan."
"Great company to work with"
"Too unstable as far as hours go."
"I have worked for one company for over 30 years, I have won many awards for my culinary talents and also my management style, I am very dedicated and hard working and all my team members tell me I am the funnest manager they have ever had."
