"At one time it was a good place to work, 08 pay cuts to keep upper management in the life style they were accustomed to was illegal."

"They put on good face, ask how many new employees/hires stay over 60 days. I saw new hires come and go within 2 weeks all the time."

What don't you like about working at Indymac Bank?

"Increasing quota amount to qualify for incentives and lowering the compensation package overall.Too much politics and favortizm goes on at this company, several managers have their jobs becasue they tell upper management what they want to hear, problems and issues are ignored."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees and do the right thing, too many chefs at the top will throw anyone under the bus to demonstrate they have the power to implement policy and proceedures, even tho they have NO experience in that part the industry!"

"Senior management is flat-out incompetent. Many times brought up issues with the manager that I reported to (he was buying and consuming drugs in the workplace) and nothing was ever done."
