"It should be noted that I no longer work for this company, but will provide my thoughts just the same.I was a long-term employee for ITT until my layoff. I was always a satisfied employee with sufficient meaningful work and an excellent group of coworkers. As in most organizations, there is always one or two individuals who rub you the wrong way, but we try to overlook them and get the job done with a smile.Until recently, the corporate management was mostly employee oriented. The new management is bottom line to a fault. If I had to give the company a grade, as it is now, I would give it a C- or D."
