4.2 I've worked for Jackson Hewitt since 2008. It is a nice company.The Houston District is one of the best, and usually top sellers.We have a good management team, and excellent supervisors. I do not have the big picture, but things usually go well. Worse thing that happens is the power goes out, and because of company policy we are not allowed to do tax returns by hand.

4.8 Developed ASP.NET MVC portal to allow “Jackson Hewitt” managers to fix problems with checks; Ex: reissuing a check and reprinting a check to a “Jackson Hewitt” office. Also releasing money on prepaid cards and transferring money to private bank accounts. Automated a WCF services to received NACH files from the Federal Government to automatically transfer funds to bank accounts. Also to fix or flag exceptions for portal and/or error handling.

4.8 There is not much to change in my opinion. The proprietary software was always being upgraded to meet the demands and laws of the IRS.
