"I did not like the level of support that our office had with the corporate office, but then again they were in the process of reorganizing and restructuring."

"Effective communication is the best method for any management to excell and succeed. Having the ability to listen to others and their issues and come to a compromising solution is what keeps businesses florishing."

"Working with people, and to help them solve tax issues."

"Take a refresh course and you need to be able to deal with difficult people, and not to take it personally."

"Some people became irrate when they learned they owe taxes when they were expecting a refund."

"I had one of the best supervisors. She dealt with the people who became irrate and she did it in such a wonderful way. My suggestion to her would be to take a wonderful vacation after tax season."
