"Its different everyday and is challenging work place. Also allows for travel."

"There is No work life balance and and all about money."

"Actually allow employees in the company to have work life balance and strive for the use of technology."

"The pay is only worth it if you are going to work long term and get into the stock program"

What don't you like about working at Kiewit Corp.?

"Management expects you to adjust your personal life to fit your job. Expect to work long hours (70-80), move around frequently with little or no warning, and you wont be able to spend much time with your family! Also, time to do the things you enjoy: hobbies and weekly activities are eaten up by work. Promotions seem more aligned with who puts in the most face time opposed to what work you actually accomplished."

"Let people know when they are doing a good job."

"Unpredictable. No two days are the same. Constantly challenged to improve."

"For the most part, you will reap what you sow. You may need to promote your accomplishments (as long as you've actually accomplished something) in order to be recognized. Always look to expand your network of contacts beyond your immediate reach and throughout the company."

"Quite a large population of older, conservative managers that are poor at managing people, resist change and are unable to adapt to new technologies or ideas."

"Elevate the recognition of contributions by those without engineering backgrounds within the company."

"Culture of lies and deception, they will tell you anything to get you to join and then forget the lies they today you"

"Fire them all none of them are worth a tenth of what they are paid."
