"It is a stable company for the most part. Do not show ambition, knowledge, or be very political. Remember, you'd join the company and not your job, which might change any time."

"There is no focus, accountability or competence. There are herds of incompetent people running around all day long."

"Get out of the business you do not understand, or make efforts to hire those who understand the business you want to be in."

"Focus on core competencies, and not try to be in every market. Be more proactive and less reactive. Work on creating a less bureaucratic and less combative culture. Also, everyone hates the forced ranking system."
