"Poor leadership from the top on down. They take a very simple operation, like retail, and make it as difficult as possible. They try and micro manage their stores from corp without setting foot in one.They are ethically bankrupt. They cheat their customers as well as their employees.They need to get out of the computer business and go back to what brought them to the dance, supplies and copy and print."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get your people on your side because they are not. Stop selling computers that you lose money on and focus on higher margin merchandise like supplies and peripherals. If you put more emphasis on copy and print and customer service, I mean real customer service, you might survive. Your sales will drop for a while, but your profit to sales ratio will be the highest in the industry, and that's what investors want to see."
