"I have been working for Pulte Homes now for 2 years and has been a great place to work. They have all of there processes and procedures in place to help make the buying experience for the homeowner an easy process and also helps with the construction process through the entire construction phase."

"I was recruited and hired by Pulte Homes in 2016. From the beginning, I always felt the staff and culture of the company was First Class! Upper management always lent a helping hand to assist if needed, and I always felt like I had the proper tools for success. This company receives outstanding scores from this former employee."
"Get out your crystal ball for support."
"Pulte is a horrible organization. The pay is not competitive to organizations within the area. Can anyone tell me how an individual who has a higher position possibly can make less than someone in a lower position within the same department? Yes, this happens a lot in this organization because if you get promoted they do not give you a competitive promotion increase. Stay away from this organization, you would regret it. Best thing about the organization is the location."
"I started Feb 2013, by the time I left I had 95 files in my pipeline with 25+ closings per month. The incentive pay is calculated in such a way as not to pay out. With huge pipelines there is no way that a processor can met incentive. Loan Consultants are treated like Gods even with little to no experience. I have been doing mortgage processing for 25+ years and I have never seen a company treat the foundation of the mortgage lending so poorly. Glad I'm out of there."
"If the company stayed in Michigan I wouldn't ever want to leave it. Great people, ability to influence processes to improve them. Flexible hours, free lunch."
"Pulte Homes is a difficult company to work for following their acquisition of Pratte Builders."
